My doors lock is broken do I need a new door?

Failed door locks are not usually call for a full door replacement, in most cases we are able to source a replacement lock or a repair mechanism that can be fitted to resolve the issue.

My Door is sagging and is difficult to lock?

Door Sagging especially in UPVC doors is a common occurrence when for example the hinges begin to wear down and fail to hold the weight of the door, in most cases we can resolve this by replacing the hinges or re-adjusting the door if the hinges are salvageable.

My windows are letting water in is this solvable?

UPVC windows can sometimes allow water ingress due to improper installation, wear and tear of seals, or drainage issues. If the seals around the windows deteriorate, they may fail to keep out moisture. To solve this problem, it's essential to ensure proper installation, regularly check and replace worn seals.

My window is jammed and I can't get it open

Windows can get stuck for a variety of reasons, most commonly rusted or worn friction hinges / locking mechanism. these can be replaced, if this is an issue you are facing please contact us for a quote.

Can my window handles be replaced with locking handles?

Yes, Existing window handles can be replaced with locking versions. we've replaced a large variety of these in the past, if you'd like to send an image to our whatsapp we can let you know what can be done with them to meet your insurance requirements!

My window has developed a draft, can this be fixed?

Window gasket can perish over time especially in hot conditions, this can be replaced, let us know and we will do our best to find a replacement seal for your windows profile so you don't lose heat in the winter.
